James Pump is the Principal Director and Senior Financial Planner at Seed Wealth Australia. With extensive experience across insurance, business management and financial planning, James is passionate about helping individuals, families and business owners make informed financial decisions and create opportunities for themselves and future generations.

After beginning his career in the insurance industry, James became a qualified Financial Planner in 2007 and has since helped clients across Australia build, protect and enjoy their wealth. He specialises in retirement planning, wealth accumulation, wealth protection and strategic financial advice, combining extensive technical expertise with a practical and personable approach.

James believes financial advice is about more than numbers. He is passionate about empowering people with the knowledge and confidence to achieve their goals, navigate life’s challenges, and create lasting financial security for their families. His ability to simplify complex financial concepts and develop tailored strategies has enabled him to build long-standing relationships with clients based on trust, integrity and genuine care.

As a founder of Seed Wealth Australia, James is equally passionate about giving back to the local community. He is committed to supporting young people through financial education, mentoring, work experience opportunities and university internship programs, believing that investing in the next generation is one of the most meaningful ways to strengthen the future of our community.

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his wife and their family, traveling, maintaining an active lifestyle and challenging himself through endurance events, including duathlons and Ironman competitions.

Katrina Pump is the General Manager and a Financial Planner. Having worked in the financial services industry since 2010 and becoming a qualified Financial Planner in 2012, Katrina has spent more than 15 years helping individuals, families and business owners make confident financial decisions. She further strengthened her professional expertise through additional studies completed in 2024.

Throughout her career, Katrina has worked with one of Australia’s leading financial institutions as a Financial Planner based in Townsville and Bowen and with Seed Wealth since 2018, providing advice to clients across Australia.

Katrina has extensive experience helping individuals, families and business owners protect and build their wealth. She has successfully guided many clients through the personal insurance claims process and understands firsthand the profound impact that appropriate insurance cover can have during life’s most challenging moments. Through these experiences, she has seen the value of comprehensive protection strategies that help safeguard families, lifestyles, businesses and future financial goals when unexpected circumstances arise.

As General Manager of Seed Wealth Australia, Katrina plays an active role in leading and developing the business, mentoring advisers and support staff, driving service excellence and ensuring clients receive exceptional care and advice. She is passionate about fostering a supportive team culture and helping the next generation of financial professionals develop their skills and confidence.

A mother of a young family and business leader, Katrina understands the many competing priorities that families face and appreciates the importance of planning for the future while protecting what matters most today. Outside of work, Katrina enjoys Pilates (mostly for the social side), supporting community initiatives and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Jason LiddyPractice Manager
Jason has been a valued member of the Seed Wealth Australia team since 2020 and plays a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the business. As Practice Manager, he leads our support team and works closely with advisers to ensure clients receive a seamless experience throughout the financial planning journey.

With a strong background in leadership and operations management, Jason brings extensive experience in managing teams, improving processes and overseeing day-to-day business operations. Prior to joining Seed Wealth, he worked within a large multinational organisation, where he developed a reputation for his organisational skills, people management expertise, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Jason is passionate about building efficient systems and supporting the team to deliver exceptional service to our clients. His focus on collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence helps ensure the advice process runs smoothly from initial enquiry through to implementation and ongoing service.

During this time, he worked with a diverse range of clients, including government organisations, corporate businesses, and Self-Managed Super Funds. Building on this experience, he completed further studies and transitioned into financial planning, where he has helped individuals, families and business owners achieve their financial and lifestyle goals through strategic wealth creation, retirement planning and personal risk protection.

Holding a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Accounting with a major in Financial Planning from CQUniversity, Claudia has also undertaken further studies through Kaplan Professional and is currently progressing toward her goal of becoming a fully qualified Financial Adviser.

Passionate about helping individuals understand the value of holistic financial advice, Claudia believes effective financial planning goes beyond wealth creation alone. She advocates for a balanced approach that incorporates building wealth, protecting assets and planning for the effective distribution of wealth throughout different stages of life.

With more than 20 years of experience across communications, community engagement, customer service leadership, and brand development, she is passionate about creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional experiences for clients and the community.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Journalism and a Certificate III in Change Management. Prior to joining Seed Wealth Australia, she worked for a not-for-profit as Senior Community Advisor, leading community engagement and school programs, events, partnerships, stakeholder relations, and brand initiatives across Queensland. She also spent more than 16 years in the energy sector in a variety of communications, engagement, and leadership roles, managing communications campaigns, sponsorships, community partnerships, customer engagement initiatives, and events.

Rebecca brings both a professional and personal understanding of the value of trusted financial advice. She is passionate about building strong relationships, fostering positive workplace culture, and ensuring every client interaction reflects the care, professionalism, and personalised service that Seed Wealth Australia is known for.

Katie Markram joins Seed Wealth Australia as a Client Services Associate, bringing over 15 years of experience in administration, client service, accounts, and operational support roles. Throughout her career, Katie has developed a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high attention to detail, and building positive relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.

Prior to joining Seed Wealth, Katie held a range of administration and accounts positions across the United Kingdom, including Office Manager & Personal Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Business Administrator, and Credit Controller.

She is known for her friendly and approachable nature, excellent communication skills, ability to remain calm under pressure and commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences

Zoe LemiszczukClient Services Associate
Zoe brings a strong background in customer service and people-focused roles, along with a genuine passion for helping others and creating positive experiences for everyone she interacts with.

Prior to joining Seed Wealth, Zoe spent almost four years working as a Childcare Assistant where she developed exceptional communication, organisational and relationship-building skills while supporting children and families in a fast-paced environment.

Zoe is currently studying Certificate III and IV in Fitness and maintains current First Aid and CPR certifications. She is known for her friendly and approachable nature, strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
